Intaglia ships via Fedex or by United States Postal Service. Our shipping charges are as follows:
- $5.00 – $8.00 Flat Rate Ground Shipping in the Continental U.S. (excluding AK, HI & Puerto Rico)
- FedEx or USPS- Standard Delivery to U.S. (including AK, HI, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO) is $8.95 for the first item, $3.00 per additional item on the same order.
- Same day shipping for most orders if received by 11 A.M CST. All orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours on Monday – Friday. Orders received after 1 P.M CST will not be processed until the following business day.
- We currently do not offer any international shipping. We plan to in the future.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is processed so that you can be aware of your pending delivery. IMPORTANT: If for some reason you did not receive an email with tracking information from us within one or two business days, please contact us immediately. Should you refuse or miss a delivery for any reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you will also be charged a $10 re-stocking fee if the package is returned to us.
Intaglia strives to provide our valued customers with the highest quality products and customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our online store. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns as per the following conditions:
- Must be within thirty (30) days after date received. For our ‘Return Label Service’ it must be within thirty (30) days of the order date.
- All items must be in the original, unworn, re-salable condition (without scratches, soles must be clean, heels must not be scraped, leather cannot be creased or scuffed, etc.).
- Merchandise with manufacturing defects will be replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
- Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging, with a copy of your shipping notice, order confirmation, or packing slip.(There will be a $20 restocking fee per shoe box that’s been taped, labeled or damaged when sent without an outer carton.)
- Intaglia does not offer exchanges; instead please place a new order.
- Please allow 7-10 days to process your return and credit your original form of payment.
- Please be advised there are no returns on jewelry purchases
- Since a return authorization is required for any return, please fill out our return form to receive a return authorization number and instructions via email.
Return Label Service:
We NO longer offer a return label service service. Please secure shipping for the package to be returned and you will be refunded once the package is received. Please allow up to 10 days for us to receive and process your return.

- Fill out the return form
- Give your package to your local postal carrier
*If you are using your own carrier, it is recommended that your item be insured in case of loss or damage and that you obtain a tracking number for your return.
